Safety is our # 1 Priority and our most important goal. The construction and maintenance work we perform in the mining, aggregate, and power plant industries is rugged and demanding, and often presents hazards that must be met with the right precautions and procedures for a safe outcome. RAM Enterprise’s commitment to our employees, customers and contractors is that we will do our absolute best to ensure that everyone goes home safely every night.

We have implemented a rigorous, self-imposed Safety Program that meets or exceeds OSHA and MHSA requirements, and holds us to our own even more stringent safety standards.

RAM’s strategy is to foster safety awareness and self-regulation by our employees while encouraging teamwork and continued development of our corporate safety culture. We continually strive to improve safety performance through training, coaching, monitoring and enforcement.
