IMTECH
PULLEY LAGGING

Our unique profile designs and patterns ensure maximum surface contact with the conveyor belt, while effectively removing product fines, moisture and water that may be present in the system. The elastic properties of our rubber compounds, combined with exceptional wear and abrasion resistant properties, ensure that the pulley is self-cleaning, thereby improving in the overall running performance and efficiency of the conveyor system. Please contact our customer service department to select the right lagging product for your conveyor system.

The combination of the uniquely designed ceramic drive segments and specially formulated rubber compound totally eliminates belt slippage where other lagging systems fail. The proprietary design of IMTECH® CDP® ceramic lagging ensures continuous system operation, optimum drive traction and the removal of water and fines build-up under the most difficult operating conditions.

The unique profile design and superior quality rubber compound places IMTECH® RDP® Lagging at the forefront of conveyor drive lagging development. The unique profile pattern ensures maximum surface contact with the conveyor belt. At the same time, the open area or spacing between the profiles effectively removes product fines, moisture and water when present in the system.

NDP 45 is ideally suited for the lagging of nondrive conveyor pulleys and return rollers for eliminating buildup of conveyor belt carry-back or sticky material fines. The elastic properties of the rubber, combined with the exceptional wear and abrasion resistant properties of the rubber compound, ensure that the pulley is self-cleaning thereby assisting in the overall running and efficiency of the conveyor system.

NDP 60 is most suited for the lagging of conveyor bend or snub pulleys in high-tension applications. The lagging will eliminate buildup and reduce wear on the pulley.

Profile black lagging is ideal for small diameter pulleys on systems with black conveyor belt.

Profile red lagging is ideal for small diameter pulleys on systems where non-marking lagging is preferred.
